It is built for established residential and commercial companies that have dedicated office and dispatch staff to drive it.
That same depth is why it is the wrong tool for a two-person shop. The value only shows up when you have the volume and the team structure to use the dispatch board, the pricebook and the reporting the way they are meant to be used.
What it really costs

If you are solo or a small team, want the lowest cost, or need to be live in days rather than weeks, this is not your tool, and forcing it will cost you money and momentum. Look at the mid-market and small-business platforms instead.

The complaints are almost all about commitment and cost rather than capability. Contracts are typically multi-year with steep early-exit fees (users report being quoted thousands of dollars to leave), there is no free trial, onboarding is long, and support can be slow. Technicians also report the mobile app crashing and losing data offline. The clear takeaway from reviews: negotiate hard and get every contract term in writing before you sign.
